Today, I was asked by a prominent hotel industry attorney if I am aware of any “best practices” for hotel companies to respond to the Coronavirus, to minimize risk to guests and liability. So far, I have found articles here and here, which summarize some responses that some large hotel companies have made. The U.S. Travel Association has posted guidance on the subject here. If you have or are aware of any advice or information on this subject from a qualified source, please let me know. I need to be careful about whether and how I share responses.
