At this year’s Hotel & Lodging Legal Summit at Georgetown University Law Center, Bob Lannan moderated a panel discussion on “Anti-Corruption Statutes and Legal Ethics.” The panel explored issues that arise in the international hotel and lodging industry under the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, 15 U.S.C. § 78dd-1 et seq. and the U.K. Bribery Act 2010 c. 23.
